Hunter Valley Estate
Scale of Project/Size of Land:
Approximately 2,500 acres (equivalent to 1,012 hectares or 10,120,000 square meters)
In December 2017, we celebrated the approval of the Stage 1 Development Application (DA) for our Hunter Valley Estate Land Subdivision Project by Singleton Council. This cleared the path for the subdivision of roughly 1,200 acres (or approximately 485 hectares) of the Estate's total area.
As we press forward, our aim is to meet the conditions outlined in the DA with rigour and diligence before we proceed to register new land parcels. This endeavour underscores our commitment to transforming rural land into thriving communities that harmonise with their natural surroundings.
In mid-2017, we took another ambitious leap by submitting the Stage 2 DA. We anticipate its approval by the second quarter of 2018. Each step in our development process, no matter how big or small, serves as a cornerstone in our effort to realise the full potential of Hunter Valley Estate.
With our unwavering commitment to meticulous planning and sustainable development, we're confident that the future of Hunter Valley Estate will be one of prosperity and growth.
